Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website and services.
1. General
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our site and services. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Products & Services
All jewellery is crafted and quality-checked before delivery. Due to the handmade or custom nature of some pieces, slight variations may occur.
Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to errors, suspected fraud, or stock availability.
3. Personalised & Custom Orders
Design confirmations must be reviewed and approved by the customer before production.
Lead times and delivery dates for custom orders may vary and will be communicated during the order process.
Changes after confirmation may incur additional fees or delays.
4. Membership Programme
Membership perks are non-transferable and exclusive to registered members.
We reserve the right to amend or terminate the membership programme without prior notice.
Misuse of benefits may result in cancellation of your membership.
5. Corporate Gifting
Minimum quantities and lead times apply for all corporate gift orders.
A formal quotation and agreement will be provided before order confirmation.
Custom branding or packaging may be subject to additional fees.
6. Referral
- This ‘Refer a Friend’ Programme is open only to existing On Cheong’s Privilege members who refer new clients and successfully become On Cheong’s Privilege members.
- Members can earn P$10 (“Referral Points”) that may be used for future On Cheong’s redemption by inviting a friend who is not a member of On Cheong’s to become a member. Referral Points are redeemable as set forth in the On Cheong’s Privilege Programme Terms and Conditions.
- A referred person must not be a current On Cheong’s member. There is no limit to number of friends referred.
- The P$10 Referral Points will be automatically credited into the member’s account upon each successful referral. Referee has to spend a minimum amount of S$500 & above to qualify as On Cheong’s Privilege Member.
- A member must disclose the truth that he or she is an On Cheong’s Privilege Member when making referrals. Members must agree to let their Referees know that they are the Referrer and that they may receive Referral Points if the Referee becomes On Cheong’s member. Member will not receive Referral Points if the referrals are rejected or are not received for any reason, including if the Referee does not satisfy the requirements as stipulated in section one, or if the Member fails to comply with any of the obligations or terms of the programme.
- Members should not engage in any misleading, deceptive, annoying, or harassing practices with respect to referrals or programme communications.
