A standard rate of $30 is chargeable within Singapore and $40 for Sentosa Island.
Express delivery is chargeable at $50 within Singapore, $60 for Sentosa Island.
Complimentary delivery (standard delivery within 7 working days) for online purchase of $800 and above.
We do not deliver to restricted and remote locations such as military, Airport Cargo Complexes, Jurong Island.
Delivery must be made to a physical address (no P.O. boxes).
Standard delivery order will be made within 7 working days, express delivery order will be made within 3 working days between 11:30 am to 5 pm (Mondays to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).
You will receive an email notification upon order confirmation. Signature and identification will be required for verification purposes.
All orders will be delivered by hand and we do not allow placement of parcels in a secluded location. Otherwise, On Cheong Co. Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for misplaced or lost parcel.
Alternatively, you can choose to pick up the item(s) at our store by selecting “Local Pick Up (South Bridge)” or “Local Pick Up (New Bridge)” at the checkout page.
All prices stated on On Cheong’s website are inclusive of the prevailing 9% Goods and Services Tax in Singapore.
